Microbrewery
One of the most exciting aspects of setting up Ye Olde Punch Bowl was the creation of our very own on-site micro brewery. It’s the ultimate blokes Garden shed! This is where we don wellies and white coats and disappear for days on end, only to re-appear with a finished brew. It’s our lab; our development plant; the key to our commercial brewing activity. We love it, and what’s more amazing is that we’ve actually graduated from home-brew rookies to master-brewers in such a short space of time. But what’s really special about our little brewing baby, is that the beer brewed within it is only ever served at The Punch Bowl. So, get down to the pub and sample a few jars of truly unique beer – we might even show you round and show you some trade secrets.
